Chandigarh, August 17 Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has announced Rs. 10 crore worth of immediate relief for the flood-ravaged state of Kerala. The death toll continues to rise in Kerala due to floods in different parts of the state triggered by  heavy rainfall. While the water level of 91 reservoirs of country rise by 3 percent but water storage in reservoirs of the Northern region is less this year. The northern region includes States of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Rajasthan have six reservoirs with the total storage capacity of 18.01 BCM.
